Regional Sales Manager opportunity in our Acute Care team covering Australia & New Zealand.
Acute Care is focused on prevention. With a commitment to innovation, this sales division is transforming care experiences for patients and clinicians across the continuum of care.
Key focuses of role:
- Build strong business relationships with key industry players
- Achieve sales goals and growth across allocated territories
- Grow, support and develop sales team
Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of 9 Sales Reps.
- Identify customer trends and develop appropriate sales strategies and business plans
- Establish targets, budgets, and service support levels
- Lead the sales team and assist with the recruitment and training of Territory Managers
- Gain awareness of industry trends and competitor activity
- Analyse sales performance and provide monthly reports
- Provide sales leadership at conferences, trade shows, and special projects
Successful candidates will have:
- Previous track record of exceptional performance within a sales management role.
- Passion for and strong examples of building, developing and leading sales teams.
- Strong examples of building a strong team culture.
