Your Role and Responsibilities
A sneak peak into this role
As a Benefits Professional, you will be responsible for all operational and delivery aspects and overall integrity of IBM’s global benefits & absence programs. This includes managing the operational aspects of our vendor relationships also with regards to quality and service delivery. You will work closely together with Benefits Subject Matter Experts, Benefits Administrators as well as with other IBM functions on matters involving legal compliance, employee relations, employee communications and financial reporting related to the benefits programs.

• You will support the resolution of employee queries, routine and exceptional cases
• You will ensure overall compliance by following external/internal guidelines and process documentation

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
• Fluent in English and Portuguese both verbal and written
• Excel and analytical skills using Microsoft Excel for data processing and analysis
• Excellent and effective communication skills with creative problem solving and customer focused mindset
• Ability to work independently but in a team as well
• Must be precise, accurate and work to tight deadlines, cope with peak workloads
