Your Role and Responsibilities
In the role as a Semiconductor Device Failure Analysis Engineer, you are responsible for developing lab techniques, recipes and capabilities to facilitate physical and electrical semiconductor device failure analysis.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in semiconductor device failure analysis.
  • Experience in various of techniques in mechanical polishing semiconductor chips.
  • Experience in electrical diagnostics of semiconductor devices using nanoprobing tools.
  • Deep knowledge of semiconductor devices and technology.




Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
  • 3nm semiconductor technology, nanosheet technology and GAA (gate-all-around) architecture.
  • FEOL (front-end-of-line) and BEOL (back-end-of-line) manufacture process.
