Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in semiconductor device failure analysis.
- Experience in various of techniques in mechanical polishing semiconductor chips.
- Experience in electrical diagnostics of semiconductor devices using nanoprobing tools.
- Deep knowledge of semiconductor devices and technology.
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
- 3nm semiconductor technology, nanosheet technology and GAA (gate-all-around) architecture.
- FEOL (front-end-of-line) and BEOL (back-end-of-line) manufacture process.
