Your primary responsibilities include:
- Build, automate and release solutions based on clients priorities and requirements.
- Explore and discover risks and resolving issues that affect release scope, schedule and quality and bring to the table potential solutions.
- Make sure that all integration solutions meet the client specifications and are delivered on time.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Experienced Consultant with hand on experience in HCM Talent Management Modules(Goals, Performance, Succession planning, Career and Development),Oracle Learning cloud.
- Knowledge of developing new FF,HDL,HSDL into fusion HCM & Knowledge of CORE HR is beneficial.
- Hands on experience in HCM Cloud.
- Resource should have knowledge on any of these Oracle HCM modules - Oracle Absences , Time and Labor , Talent , Learn , Recruiting and Core HR module.Should support in Discovery workshops, work on functional specifications , configurations and build and perform testing and participate in SIT , UAT and Cutover activities
- Extensive experience in any HCM applications & Must have at least 1-2 Implementations on HRIS systems

- Provide effective concise, timely, and consistent verbal and written communications to peers, customers, and management
- An aim to learn and master new technologies and techniques
