Senior SAP Integration Manager/Solution Architect

Your Role and Responsibilities
In this senior client-facing role of SAP Integration Manager/Solution Architect you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining SAP solutions that meet business requirements and align with strategic goals of our clients. You will work closely with client stakeholders to understand business needs, develop solution architectures, and – in close co-operation with project manager - lead the implementation of SAP projects.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Design and implement SAP solutions that meet our clients’ business requirements, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and clients’ strategic goals.
• Develop and maintain solution architectures, including business processes, functional and technical design documents, data flow diagrams, and system landscapes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements, identify solution gaps, and develop solutions that meet business needs.
• Orchestrate delivery of SAP solution by our and clients’ SAP consultants.
• Work closely with the project manager and provide support in project planning, resource allocation, and timeline management.
• Conduct fit-gap analysis, identify potential risks, and develop mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including integration, development, testing, and infrastructure teams.
• Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and meet performance requirements.
• Stay up-to-date with SAP product roadmap, new technologies, and industry trends.
• Provide functional and technical leadership and guidance to junior team members.
• Ensure adherence to project standards and best practices.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in SAP consulting.
• Strong knowledge of SAP products, including SAP S/4HANA and SAP ECC.
• Overall understanding of SAP modules and business processes.
• Strong industry background.
• Proven capability to manage systems implementation and integration projects combining business consulting, technology, application software and infrastructure.
• Solid understanding of technology, processes, integrations, etc.
• Excellent communication, collaboration and leadership skills.
• Problem solving skills, ability to make efficient decisions on limited available information.
• Relationship management skills with project teams, clients and suppliers.
• Sound business judgment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines with high frustration tolerance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strategic thinking.
• Fluent Czech or Slovak languages.
• Good command of English language.

• Business and process knowledge in the areas of logistics and production planning.
• Good command of German language.
