Your Role and Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities
- Supervise and ensure all financial transaction in the general ledger are correct and auditable
- Execute payment runs
- Be part of the billing process
- Act as advisor to sales and operational units on accounting, financial and legal requirements
- Support units with reports and analysis to facilitate planning
Preference will be given to the candidates who hold the relevant rights to work within the EU.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
What do you need for success
- University education (Bachelor’s degree) – preferably in Economics, Finance, Accounting or relevant working experience
- Experience in billing or payment runs, and/or other general ledger closing activities (preferred)
- Fluent English written and spoken
- Quick learner
- MS Excel user (Pivot tables/VLOOKUP)
- Problem solving, logical thinking, analytical skills
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Team player, willing to learn new things
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
- 2-3 years working experience in Finance/Accounting
