The Opportunity 

Adobe is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to provide financial and strategic P&L support for Adobe Experience Cloud! This position will engage cross-functionally to enable and influence key decision making. This is an exciting opportunity to join the Digital Experience finance team to accelerate topline growth, influence, and drive strategic decision making with Senior Management.

What You’ll Do 

  • Partner closely with senior finance leadership and cross-functional teams to drive long-term strategic and operational planning with goal of optimizing Digital Experience revenue growth and margin profile. Own P&L analysis and process across 3-year model, annual planning, and in year performance tracking to Plan
  • Support business case modeling with in-depth, data driven analysis and provide guidance on business impact for critical initiatives. Develop models and thrive in a constantly evolving environment to support changing priorities and maintain financial standards in the exploration of new opportunities.
  • Own deep inspection of the business across both topline and expense: Scale financial ‘run the business’ reporting, trends, and critical metrics to measure business health. Provide insights into the 'why', recommendations, and story behind the business performance, risks, & opportunities.
  • Drive scale, automation, and collaboration within your team and cross-functionally. We are committed to establish best-in-class cadences and drive efficiency and impact across the business.

What You Need to Be Successful 

  • Previous experience supporting topline and expense for a subscription/SaaS products
  • Self-starter who takes initiative, connects across products and teams, and develops strategies and ways of approaching business challenges. Problem solver who can challenge the status quo and drive new ways of thinking across the organization.
  • Passion for learning! We influence and seek top talent to help us reach our goals.
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills are essential and experience in PowerBI and Tableau are preferred; advanced programming (SQL, Python, R, etc.) is a plus
  • Strong analytical and communication skills, proficient in articulating key business insights and financial implications, as well as possessing effective interpersonal abilities to influence and drive decision-making across cross-functional teams.
  • Strong ability to handle several projects at a time in a fast-paced environment and bring structure to ambiguous business challenges.

Preferred qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance or related field; CPA/MBA preferred, but not required
  • 6+ years of FP&A (or related) experience required

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several  U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $89,000 -- $194,600 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans.  Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
