The opportunity

We are looking for a highly motivated individuals knowledgeable in ML platform pipelines to be part of our Advertising Cloud Search, Social, Commerce, a leading spend optimization platform helping enterprise clients achieving their marketing goals. We are now faced with exciting challenge of continuing the legacy and at the same time evolving and owning the digital marketing space through our innovative solutions. It's a robust agile team that collaborates and works across all functions of true product development. You must be that individual who is highly engaged, motivated and excels at critical thinking and problem solving!

What you’ll do

• Design, develop, monitor and maintain end-to-end ML pipelines, including data ingestion, preprocessing, feature engineering, model training, evaluation, and deployment.
• Develop the service APIs for ML Infrastructure components--Serving Layer, Metadata Store, Model Registry, Feature Store, and Pipeline Orchestrator. 
• Provide our developers the ability to go from an ML idea to production in weeks or less.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Data Scientists and other stakeholders to identify opportunities for model optimization
• Proactively explore innovative solutions to enhance pipeline efficiency and performance

What you need to succeed

• Bachelors or master’s degree in computer science or equivalent
• Proven experience of 8+ years with a strong focus on building ML pipelines and deploying ML models in production environments
• Experience with developing ML Platform features that are a delight for MLEs and Data Scientists
• Well-versed with the Model Development Lifecycle from initial ad hoc analysis in notebooks to monitored services in production and back again
• Ideally, experience with GPUs, including reading GPU profiles, debugging CUDA kernels, and optimizing GPU workloads.
• Solid understanding of best practices in data and model management.
• Understanding of the intricacies around unstructured data vs. structured data and optimizing data loading into training jobs
• Excellent computer science fundamentals with demonstrated understanding of architecture, design, and performance
• Experience working with scalable, distributed systems
• Experience working with DBMS like PostgreSQL
• Passion for automation; experience with automation testing and monitoring tool
• Experience in the Advertising domain is an advantage
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Self-motivated with the ability and interest in learning new technologies and adapting quickly to new requirements and environments
