About the Role & Team

We have an exciting opportunity to hire the Legal Intern, who will be supporting the corporate and regulatory activities of the company, drafting and revising simple agreements, letters and legal documents under supervision of a skilled attorney. The intern will have to perform daily activities and tasks involving a significant amount of multi-tasking and meeting deadlines.

We offer a 12-month full-time paid internship under an employment contract. We need you to be able to work onsite at our Sofia office 4 days a week.

What You Will Do

• Assisting the day-to-day legal needs of the business departments under the on direction of a senior colleague;

• Ensuring compliance with internal company policies and the regulatory framework;

• Drafting various legal documents (Service Agreements, Barter Agreements, Power of Attorneys, etc.)

• Assisting with archiving documents and files;

• Assistance with translations;

• Keeping up with legislative changes and drafting legal updates for the company newsletter;

• Supporting the legal team with preparation of presentations on particular topics relevant to the business;

• Support with optimization of internal processes;

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Must be a law graduate (Bulgarian law);

• Must be proficient in Bulgarian and English language (spoken and written).

• Curiosity about media law and intellectual property law;

• Diligence and attention to details;

• Excellent interpersonal skills;

• Ability to meet deadlines and undertake various administrative duties;

• Strong computer skills (MS Office, Outlook);

• High sense of responsibility towards given tasks and desire to gain new knowledge.
