What you will do:

• The Field Marketing Associate will be responsible for supporting the internal teams in the development and execution of the annual marketing plan and responsive sales support
• Understand and be able to articulate the business strategy, annual marketing plan objectives, and rationalize the decisions in conversations with sales professionals and field teams
• Aware of commonly used internal/external communication goals, tools and format
• Supports regional sales teams with basic product portfolio understanding and resource utilization
• Gathers information for documents such as presentations, proposals or product guides to support sales activity
• Supports various customer engagement activities
• Identify critical customer needs and preferences
• Understands market fundamentals including customer groups, including why customers buy the product or service
• Understands basic customer purchasing decisions and preferences

What you will need:
• Bachelor's degree required
• 0+ years of work experience required
• MBA preferred
 

Travel Percentage: 60%
