What You Will Do:
As the Robotics Customer Service Representative, you will handle all incoming customer and field service calls and robotic part requests, as well as complete order entry and in turn facilitate shipments and required returns. Additionally, you will provide logistics support to all sales and field personnel for Capital sales and transfers for domestic and international sites. Additional responsibilities may require you to:
- Enter sales orders for robotic parts for all external customers; Stryker Sales, Stryker Affiliates, Field Service Engineers (FSEs), and internal requests into the Expandable System.
- Maintain knowledge of software versions of the robotic systems to ensure accuracy of ordering parts.
- Coordinate with Planning, Materials and Distribution Team to ensure timely shipment of instruments.
- Process QA complaints, creating RMA’s and execute RMA procedures when needed including follow up of returns and processing replacement parts.
- Manage all system field upgrades through future CAPAs and ECNs for products release, maintaining ECN requirements, creating sales orders, work orders/cases and creating spread sheets for tracking.
- Manage logistics of capital sales equipment and maintain the movement of capital inventory.
- Manage movement of all inventories through our Distribution centers (Millstone and Kenco system).
