What you will do:
As a Packaging Associate I, you will clean, package, and label products to produce sterile and non-sterile finished goods.
- Perform Content to Box (CTB), labeling and shrink wrap
- Perform and maintain 6S, Quality and Safety expectations
- Engage in continuous improvement activities such as exposing problems, collecting data to solve problems, and suggesting improvement ideas
- Perform visual inspections, and follow proper procedures to assure the controlled environment is maintained and the product integrity is ensured
- Perform maintenance including cleaning equipment and workstation
- Understand and follow all policies and procedures related to Managing Daily Improvement (MDI), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Quality Management Systems (QMS), Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
- Meet work schedule and overtime requirements, including weekends
What you need:
- Maintaining appropriate gowning requirements (i.e. gown, hair nets, beard cover and gloves) for shift duration, Required
- High School or GED Preferred
- Manufacturing Experience Preferred
