About the role:

As a Customer Experience Team Lead at Maersk, you will be a key player in our mission to deliver outstanding service to our clients post-onboarding. This role involves a blend of tasks that ensure our clients receive seamless support and expert management throughout their journey with us. 

In this role:

  • You will manage multiple customer channels

  • You will Handle case management efficiently

  • You will onboarding new clients and nurture ongoing relationships

  • You will oversee contract negotiations and dispute resolutions

Management Responsibilities: 

This position requires leading a team with full lifecycle responsibilities—from hiring and firing to coaching and performance reviews. You will set directions, develop business and operational strategies, and implement business plans focusing on both short—and long-term objectives.

What you bring:

  • You possess advanced problem-solving skills, including root cause analysis and corrective action implementation.

  • You have excellent communication skills, capable of conveying complex information clearly and persuasively.

  • You are highly customer-focused and thrive in high-pressure environments.

  • You bring 3-5 years of experience in transportation or logistics, preferably in supply chain management.

  • Previous client or program management experience is a significant advantage.
