Job Description:

  • Role title:  Talent Support Officer

  • Role type:  10-month max term contract, full time

  • Salary:  70K + Super, pro rata

About the role

  • Join St Vincent’s recently formed and inaugural inhouse recruitment team

  • Report to the NSW Talent Lead, and be part of a team of 8 Talent Partners and Talent Support Officers

  • Support candidates with their pre-employment checks.  Administer all checks necessary per role

  • High volume work, you will process approximately 30 candidates per week

  • Enjoy a flexible working environment, typical week will see you working from home 3 days, office 2 days

About the location

In this role you will be based at St Vincent’s hospital, Darlinghurst.

  • A busy inner-city hospital in a beautiful location

  • Surrounded by great cafes, galleries and theatres, parks, nightlife, and nearby glorious beaches

  • A place of expert clinical care for at-risk people

  • Closely partnered with universities and affiliated research institutes, many which are located on-campus

  • Centres of excellence include heart & lung transplantation, bone marrow transplantation, cardiology, cancer care, AIDS/HIV, respiratory medicine, mental health, homeless health, drug & alcohol services, and correctional health 

About you

  • Experience in recruitment administration and candidate customer service

  • Experience working in a high-volume role in a recruitment team

  • Data entry experience.  Good attention to detail is a must

  • Good verbal communication skills, a big part of this role is interacting with candidates by telephone

  • A friendly demeanor and a great team player
