About the Role & Team
The Senior Designer is an in-house role working in the Creative Operations team, under the Senior Design Manager (reporting to the Creative Director). Responsible for supporting creative requests from all Disney+ marketing touchpoints, ranging from ideation to artwork delivery!
Disney+ is looking for an inspirational Senior Designer to join its award-winning in-house creative team. This role sits under the Senior Design Manager (reporting to the Creative Director). This role is responsible for supporting creative requests from all Disney+ marketing touchpoints, ranging from ideation to artwork delivery! Now you’re ready to take your career to the next level!

What You Will Do
Leading creative, innovative multi platform executions. Working within the framework, allocated budget and timescale
Produce digital campaigns across a wide range of formats; display, rich media, print, in app design, partnerships etc
Build new and adapt existing email templates and campaigns sought at prospects and current members to build-ready stage.
Use pre-set guidelines to ensure consistency with brand guidelines and wider product strategy
Originate and adapt print campaigns including leaflets, flyers, point of sale, packaging
Provide design solutions for the website and across multiple campaigns
Ensure quality, compliance, and integrity across all work delivered
Work closely with the Senior Design Manager to ensure creative development is aligned and evolves alongside the service look and feel
Support with creative approvals
Create templates and guidelines to ensure consistency and efficiencies.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Exhibit high level of knowledge and expertise in design with solid art direction, ideation and campaign implementation background
Digital and Print experience
Experience of working in a high profile, fast paced, consumer facing brand
Experience of supervising the work of others
The ability to work to tight deadlines and adapt to changing business demands at short notice
Able to multi-task across a number of work streams and deliver to deadlines
Delivers within brand and service creative guidelines
Experience of multi language workflows is useful
