The Distribution Marketing team is focused on building magical relationships that enable us, our clients and our strategic partners to create and deliver unforgettable Disney experiences. The team drives demand for Disney Destinations, primarily Walt Disney World Resort, through Sales Channels, B2B and B2B2C marketing strategies, programs and tactics.

As a Marketing Strategy Manager, you will contribute to the development of marketing plans for assigned Sales / Third Party segment and drive go-to-market innovation.

The Marketing Strategy Manager, Distribution Marketing will report to the Sr. Manager, Marketing Strategy.

You Will

  • Understand assigned sales channel and business needs
  • Leverage consumer insights to provide creative and strategic input to internal and external agency partners
  • Present ideas and programs to leaders to gain consensus
  • Manage tactics to ensure they are on strategy, audience-centric and best-in-class
  • Deliver projects timely and on-budget
  • Support needs of sales partners and clients

You Will Have

  • At least five years of related marketing, travel & tourism industry, sales, or consumer marketing experience
  • Strong business acumen and technical marketing skills
  • Ability to convey a verbal or written story / presentation that influences others
  • Proficient at interpreting data and drawing conclusions from research
  • Ability to create strategic plans, manage high volume of tasks and work well in a fast-paced environment
  • Budget management

Preferred Qualifications

Previous work experience in Brand or Consumer Marketing, Marketing Strategy, Digital Marketing, Consumer Packaged Goods Marketing, or Advertising Account Management.

Education

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or equivalent
  • Masters of Business Administration preferred
