Manage various aspects of logistics client relationship and third party supply chain companies service policy commitments for product destined to Disney Clients including, but not limited to: Daily Client relationship management, Daily Supply Chain Partner relationship management, transportation daily flow services, freight audit/allocation and payment, help desk administration, logistics systems visibility, and logistics projects and optimization analysis in order to deliver product to the right place, at the right time, at the lowest possible cost that meets our service commitments.

Job Responsibilities:

• Shipment Management:  Utilize OLIVER bulk planning functionality and review demand/flow recommendations and execute shipment tendering and carrier selections that meets customer service requirements at lowest possible cost.

• Manage and direct our external supply chain partners (suppliers, carriers, third party consolidators, draymen, etc.) in order to execute all modes and supply chain partner day to-day performance; shipment issue resolution with internal Clients in order to meet inventory demand. Improve transit ensuring freight delays are recognized and resolved (from pick up, line-haul, loc/cfs dwell).

• Execute third party logistics optimization center cross-dock pool points (LOC/CFS facilities), meeting cycle time, visibility and service targets. Oversight of OLIVER systems use by LOC; ensuring proper optimized use of the planning and local shipment execution freight cost goals.

• Input, maintain and validate all OLIVER master data tables including partner master setup, rates, equipment, warehouse appointment scheduling constraints, locations, etc.

• Validate and update shipment ETAs to final destinations; ensuring clients have most up to date and accurate information.

• Receive all supply chain partner invoicing for supply chain fees (duty, freight, customs brokerage, consolidation, etc.) and execute the audit, allocation of fees to LOBs and payment processing via OLIVER system, third party payment system or direct processing into SAP. Manage all partner inquiries on account statement and status.

• Manage logistics system user help desk to address service now incidents in a timely manner

• Parcel Account Administration

• Field client escalations of shipment issues after delivery. Manage disposition instructions and execution of claims filing and collections with supply chain partners.

• Manage claims processing for both International and Domestic Operations.  Provide claims resolutions and communicate results to carriers and clients.

• OLIVER System Help Desk:  Execute all user enablement and user training. Manage systems support resolution of trouble tickets opened by system users via Call Center. Create and maintain user training manuals

Qualifications:

• 1 years’ experience in logistics/finance operations related position.

• Strong Microsoft Excel skills, Tableau, TMS. ​

Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics or Finance; or equivalent work experience.
