The Digital Program Strategy team aligns the vision, strategy and program prioritization for our guest-facing digital products and experiences at the Disneyland Resort in partnership with the Technology & Digital, Finance, Commercial, IE, WDI, DLE and Operations teams.
The Manager of Digital Program Strategy will:
• Act as key point of integration among various teams on proposed T&D/WDI Playtest for purposes of integration.
• Monitor any potential impacts to the Guest and Cast experience.
• Act as shared point of integration among various teams on Connected Devices for purposes of integration.
• Partner closely and collaborate with other Product Optimization team members and work together to drive and deliver results.
• Commitment to excellence, which includes interacting with various teams to explore opportunities and resolve any issues.
• Participate in departmental meetings and communicate relevant information.
• Be a subject matter expert on key projects including latest materials and timelines.
• Ongoing input collector from all DLR site partners listed and coordination with commercial strategy.

• Demonstrated communication skills.
• Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making.
• Demonstrated strong organization, multi-tasking and time management skills with attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Prior experience in Business Development or Product Development type roles, Digital & Technology or Account Management.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Suite applications inclusive of Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook and/or MAC applications such as Keynote.
• Previous experience as a Disney Cast Member & knowledge of Disneyland resort.
The hiring range for this position is $102,00.00- $136,700.00. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.Job Posting Segment:
