The Opportunity

We are seeking an accomplished Revenue Systems Analyst responsible for the end-to-end design and implementation of revenue-related systems and infrastructure.

What You'll Do

This individual will partner with multiple organizations within Adobe, including Revenue Accounting and Operations, Technology Services, Order Management, FP&A, and Product Development teams to ensure the completeness and accuracy of both external and internal facing financial accounting and reporting data. They will be responsible for creating data models and generating insights to support a myriad of strategic business projects. The candidate has a passion for problem solving and can work in high-visibility situations to assess, build, implement, and communicate the best solution to a broad and varied audience.

What you need to succeed

  • Education - BA/BS in Finance or Accounting.
  • Number of years of experience in specific skill/field(s) - Minimum 1-5 years of related experience required (Software industry and/or CPA firm revenue recognition experience preferred).
  • Ability to collaborate and build effective relationships with partners at various levels and across different roles both inside and outside of our organization.
  • Exceptional problem solving and analytical skills; ability to solve complex technical issues and develop thoughtful solutions
  • Proficiency with Tableau, PowerBI, SQL, and other Business Intelligence tools are highly preferred.
  • Experience with relational database systems preferred.
  • Proven track record of delivery and ability to assess and prioritize competing demands
  • Strong verbal and comprehension skills to capture business requirements and articulate corresponding technical requirements

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several  U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $68,500 -- $140,500 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans.  Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
