The Opportunity

Reporting directly to the Sr. Director of the Digital Experience Marketing PMO, this role will lead the definition, creation, and execution of the product-to-customer GTM lifecycle.  This person will lead a small team of individuals who focus on and work closely with a cross-functional team across Global Marketing, Worldwide Field Operations, and DX Product Management to develop marketing strategies and plans.

Defining great customer engagements and developing an end-to-end operating model across Adobe’s customers is paramount to success.

The goal is to seamlessly integrate content, messaging, offers, and experiences – all driven by data –  into a customer’s interaction with Adobe. This role is global in nature and will partner with leadership across all Geographies.

What You’ll Do

  • Create integrated GTM motions across newly emerging and existing product offerings focusing on account-based marketing and linear techniques
  • Leverage Adobe’s unique customer data and insights to identify and build market segments / cohorts to drive account engagement and revenue
  • Leverage market and customer research to coordinated in-person, digital events, and high value marketing activities to support and nurture customers through their journey
  • Collaborate with global marketing peers to evaluate and optimize campaign efforts, spend, and return across channels and markets
  • Collaborate with Sales, Sales Ops, Product, and Partner teams to ensure alignment of go-to-market strategies with overall business objectives
  • Track and measure the efficiency of go-to-market initiatives and providing regular reporting

Experience

  • 15 yrs + of proven experience leading a sophisticated end-to-end GTM function at a top SaaS organization, management consulting firm, or similar field supporting ambitious revenue growth
  • Strong C-Level executive presence and interpersonal skills, with ability to engage and inspire senior executives including communicating your vision
  • Outstanding problem solving and analytical skills including talent for conducting research, analyzing data, developing hypotheses, and synthesizing recommendations
  • Proven track record to successfully bring new products to market and empower organizational change initiatives
  • Shown ability to develop tactical initiatives that improve productivity and performance with a background of introducing innovative reporting and insight
  • High degree of intellectual curiosity and ability to absorb new concepts
  • Consistent track record in meeting and exceeding revenue / output targets
  • Experience in subscription revenue environment
  • MBA or advanced degree a plus

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several  U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $142,800 -- $287,700 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans.  Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
