The Opportunity

We want an emerging Generative AI and LLM Specialist to join the team. This role is perfect for someone with relevant experience, who's passionate about diving into projects involving Large Language Models and Generative AI. You’ll be working on building generative AI capabilities on a platform which will be used across multiple Adobe products in advertising and marketing domain. The role provides for an opportunity to experience end-to-end lifecycle of gen-AI enabled platform capabilities from conceptualization/experimentation to implementation/execution for a robust and scalable system.

What you'll Do

  • Build and Innovate: Design, develop, and deploy generative AI models with an eye on generalisation for customer use cases in a multi-tenant environment.
  • Prompt Writing and Optimisation: Craft, test, and refine AI-generated text prompts, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency. Use the Langchain library to optimize existing prompts and develop new ones.
  • Tech Toolbox: Utilise and explore libraries and frameworks such as LangChain, chipping in to the development of efficient applications.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct extensive testing of AI-generated content to ensure adherence to quality standards and suitability for the intended audience. Identify patterns of errors or biases and work to mitigate these issues.
  • Standout Colleague: Collaborate effectively with all the stakeholders, to gain deep understanding of the product and engineering requirements. Many of these interactions could be late evening/morning as you would work closely with colleagues in US.
  • Eager Learner: Keep up with AI/ML trends, tools, and best practices, applying fresh knowledge to improve project outcomes.
  • Ethics First: Champion ethical AI development, from bias mitigation to privacy protection.

What you need to succeed

Relevant Degree: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, AI, ML, or related fields

  • Practical Experience: 3-5 yrs total experience with at least 2 years in ML /Deep Learning contributing to NLP projects. 1-2 years experience in Generative AI (Experience working with OpenAI and similar open-source/enterprise LLMs.)
  • Programming Proficiency: Proven Python skills and familiarity with AI/ML tools (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch)
  • Tech-Savvy Foundations: Exposure to software engineering practices.
  • Problem Solver: Demonstrated ability to tackle challenges with innovative solutions.
  • Communicator: Strong skills in articulating ideas and collaborating with various teams.
  • Ethical AI Advocate: Understanding of ethical AI principles.
  • Research Mindset: While direct experience might be limited, a curiosity driven approach to exploring new applications of generative AI is valued.
  • Emerging Leader: Show potential for technical leadership and project guidance.
