How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

Job Description Summary: The primary function of this position is to support the Airgas Nitrogen Services operations group with customer-facing safety and compliance activities.   This position supports the ANS District sites to ensure districts and associates are compliant with customer requirements for safety training, badging and drug screening programs. 

• Provide notification and support to the districts for upcoming jobs to ensure the customer or site safety training programs(e.g. contractor compliance like ISNETWORLD) are understood to ensure all operators and drivers are able to access the site when needed.

• Manage the ANS customer specific drug testing data (e.g. DISA, TPS Alert.)  Add and remove new associates.  Provide notification and tracking of monthly random testing and annual background screens.  

• Collaborate with AMG drug/alcohol random testing for DOT and Safety Sensitive positions.

• Monitor Samba Safety and DDM reports and coordinate with districts to ensure compliance on DOT driver paperwork.

• Support completion of customer specific safety or compliance related surveys.

• Support sites in action item closure and resolution of HSEQ or DOT open audit items in Intelex.

• Assure that safety meetings attendance are properly documented, in accordance with Airgas procedures and regulatory agency requirements.

• Support the Safety Engagement program within ANS to ensure associates are identified to be initiators and that engagements are being completed, documented in Intelex and trended.

• Support the  safety related data for incentive programs and compile and maintain overall ANS safety scorecard data monthly.

Required Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

• 2 year of administrative support experience

• Proficient in spreadsheet applications

• Good communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience with DQ (driver qualification) and DOT file management 

• ISNetWorld experience a plus
