Job Description

*  Subject matter authority for Global Warranty Management (GWM), Service Policies and procedures and Warranty administration.

-  Supports integration of Warranty administration functions.

-  Provides Warranty support for all of the zone team members.

-  Develops and implements necessary dealer training.

-  Coaches dealers, Managers of Aftersales and District Managers of Aftersales in the area of Warranty administration.

-  Holds themselves and others accountable for demonstrating GMs values and cultural behaviors.

-  Performs other related duties as assigned.

Additional Job Description

1. Sales targets and market share

1.1. Assisting the dealer in implementing initiatives to increase customer pay business

1.2. Focus on processes and performance at Service lane

1.3. Search for promotions and market opportunities to bring customers to service lane

1.4. Incorporate aftermarket initiatives within the overall business plan distributor

1.5. Implement and follow up the 25 point inspection as means to increase parts sales per vehicle

1.6. Support dealers with RIM in order to optimize and meet required targets for compliance

1.7  Promote and include dealers in yearly marketing plan as guide for increasing customer retention

2. Improve customer retention

2.1. Ensuring that information is shared by dealers by means of data sharing

2.2. Identifying opportunities aimed at the implementation of a CRM process

2.3. Incorporate the concept of customer retention in the overall business plan distributor

2.4. Developing staff skills aftermarket distributor

2.5. Guide the integration of Aftersales as one whole team (parts and service)

2.6. Promoting participation and effective use by the dealer in GMM retention initiatives:

2.6.1. Chevrolet Express Service

2.6.2. BDC (Business development Center)

2.6.3. Standard maintenance Costs

2.6.4. Marketing programs and service promotions

3. Supporting the initiative of Outstanding Customer Experience (OCE)

3.1. Improving CSI

3.2. Supporting the implementation of the standard GMM operation and facilities

3.3. Ensure staff aftermarket distributors are trained / certified

3.4. Representing GMM and its brands as ambassador

3.5. To ensure a proper process of executing service recalls

4. Maximize the profitability of Distributor

4.1. Assisting the dealer in identifying areas to improve profitability through business process.

4.2. Ensuring that the dealer takes advantage of rebates and incentives available

4.3. Development of plans to improve the performance of the distributor in the scorecard

  • Experience/Education:

• Bachelor of Mechanical / Industrial  Engineering or administrative and economics.

 • English.language fluent (spoken, written and Reading)
