About the Role:

As a Manager on our Professional Services Operations team, you will provide critical support to our sales and consulting teams. You will oversee a team that that develops proposals, statements of work, and other business development documentation, as well as help to mature the daily operations of our growing Professional Services business.

What You'll Do:

  • Manage team of operations analysts, working closely with professional services leaders and sales on a daily basis

  • Oversee day to day operations of our engagement support team, including contract development, project set-up, timecard support and wrap-up

  • Manage customer specific escalations as they arise

  • Support team members on complex contracting scenarios and drive to resolution

  • Work cross functionally with internal CrowdStrike Legal, Finance, and Sales teams to streamline processes

  • May own various process improvement efforts and system automation efforts within CrowdStrike’s Services business

  • Scale and optimize existing queue management processes

What You’ll Need:

  • 5-7 years experience in operations management, preferably in a GTM sales and services organization within a SaaS, professional services, or technology company

  • Demonstrated leadership and management capabilities, including the ability to lead teams, drive change, and inspire a culture of excellence

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex information effectively to diverse audiences

  • A strong focus on operational efficiency, process optimization, and continuous improvement methodologies

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Operations Management, Finance, or a related field

  • Extensive experience working cross-functionally to accomplish business goals

  • Skilled in project management and process improvement skills

Bonus Points:

  • Strong working knowledge of a professional services firm preferred     

  • Experience overseeing a queue based team

  • Experience with any of the following systems/programs is a plus: Jira/Confluence/FinancialForce/Salesforce/RFPIO (or another proposal tool)

CrowdStrike, Inc. is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The base salary range for this position in the U.S. is $105,000 - $160,000 per year + variable/incentive compensation + equity + benefits. A candidate’s salary is determined by various factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and location.
