Process Expert, Operations - INZIU06 - Airoli - Empire Tower

Global Redelivery entails redelivery of leased containers basis their expiry, at the desired locations. It includes return of containers that were leased for long/short term, one-way trade & also Mispicked containers.

Roles & Responsibilities of a process expert are as listed below:
- Responsible to achieve targeted redelivery of containers in their assigned region

- Maintain 85% hit ratio for One-Way leased containers

- Excellent stakeholder management

- Work with other EQU Excellence to keep Mispicks in control

- Ensure timely cadences with area teams

-Lease Management: Coordinating the return of containers as their lease agreements expire, regardless of whether they were leased for long-term, short-term, or one-way trade purposes.

-Location Coordination: Ensuring that containers are returned to the predetermined locations, which may be different from their original pickup points, depending on the terms of the lease and operational requirements.

-Handling Mispicked Containers: Managing the redelivery of containers that were picked up by mistake and ensuring they are redirected to their intended locations.

-Efficiency and Compliance: Streamlining the redelivery process to minimize costs and delays, while ensuring compliance with lease agreements and any applicable regulations.

Key Skills-

• Proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel
• Ability to read, interpret and use dashboards/reports
• Strong communication skills - oral as well as written
• Immediate Joiners (Preferably)
