The Opportunity

The Adobe GenStudio team is seeking a Senior Program Manager who is motivated by the challenge of orchestrating and driving the delivery of GenStudio - a brand new “0 to 1” product for the company. The role is an opportunity to define the end-to-end program objectives for the product in conjunction with the strategic vision defined by leadership.  The role will encompass a high visibility reporting component, providing a chance to work with leaders to define the key metrics for success, and then periodically track and update the team on how the program is tracking towards those goals. If you are a self-driven individual with a passion for cross-functional collaboration and are motivated by the challenges of solving complex problems through efficient planning and processes, then this may be the ideal role for you.

What you'll Do

  • Understand the product’s overall scope and cross-functional structure of the execution team

  • Orchestrate product reviews with Sr. Leaders to report on progress to plan and update on selected topics.

  • Host and own release enablement checkpoints with GenStudio and stakeholder teams to formalize release content and drive readiness against pre-defined set of milestones and requirements.

  • Manage prioritized GenStudio initiatives by setting up program structure, goals, timeline, milestones, and key collaborators' contribution. Facilitate planning and execution. Conduct signoff, and own reporting.

  • Orchestrate and execute beta programs with key customers for new product releases, ensuring valuable feedback is collected and integrated into the development process.

  • Support GenStudio business operations programs like goal setting, quarterly business reviews, and pre/post-sales interlocks.

  • Build working relationships across the ecosystem to address business issues and define solutions.

  • Socialize the product plan and driven alignment across leadership and the execution teams

  • Create an efficient reporting structure that incorporates executive-level views into the overall project progress as well as the ability to identify key risks

  • Support the development of the GTM plan and packaging of the product by managing Bill-of-Materials (BOM) requirements

  • Foster a culture of openness, visibility and collaboration across the organization

What's needed for success

  • Minimum of BS/BA in Business Administration, Management, Economics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related fields

  • 5+ years of experience in project and program management of technical products

  • Confirmed ability to lead directly or through influence with stakeholders

  • Track record of success with working across multiple teams to deliver products

  • Ability to scope projects, assess risks and formulate product roadmaps based on strategic goals

  • Strong communication skills suited for written or verbal presentations at different levels of the organization

  • Proven history of being a self-starter, resourceful, and able to prioritize in a fast-paced environment with multiple, changing objectives

  • Experience with cross-functional areas such as product management, software engineering, product marketing, data science, legal, business model etc.
