Our Company

Changing the world through digital experiences is what Adobe’s all about. We give everyone—from emerging artists to global brands—everything they need to design and deliver exceptional digital experiences! We’re passionate about empowering people to create beautiful and powerful images, videos, and apps, and transform how companies interact with customers across every screen.

We’re on a mission to hire the very best and are committed to creating exceptional employee experiences where everyone is respected and has access to equal opportunity. We realize that new ideas can come from everywhere in the organization, and we know the next big idea could be yours!

The Opportunity

This Implementation Specialist at Adobe will join our growing Implementation team that educates, problem-solves for, and builds trust with our Enterprise clientele across the video and creative industry.

As an Implementation Specialist for Frame.io, you will help run Proof-of-Concept trials in the sales stage, onboard and train new Enterprise customers, and provide additional technical support across the Go-To-Market organization.

We’re looking for an insightful, curious, and technical problem solver to help our creative clientele achieve their workflow goals. You will make a direct impact on our revenue growth, as well as a customer’s downstream success during a key part of their lifecycle.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead the most critical piece of the customer lifecycle -- the pre-sale to post-sale transition for new customers -- and create an exceptional experience for our Enterprise Customers across the Media & Entertainment, Agency, and Brand industries

  • Work in partnership with Corporate and Enterprise sales teams to drive understanding during the deal cycle, increase contract value through user adoption, and provide peace of mind and education from a technical workflow standpoint

  • Provide white-glove onboarding and training experiences on the Frame.io web app functionality, NLE integrations, and Frame.io Transfer App for pre-sales Proof of Concepts and post-sales onboarding for Enterprise clients

  • Provide information, demos, training, and support for customers using Camera to Cloud

  • Manage a dynamic book of business, including some international Enterprise customers in international regions such as EMEA or JAPAC

  • Represent and champion your customers’ needs within Frame.io and work to make sure those needs are met

  • Build product awareness and handle prospect/customer expectations as the Frame.io product evolves

  • Provision and configure all Frame.io Enterprise accounts

  • Fully implement SSO (single sign-on) and Frame.io Storage Connect for clients through collaboration with IT departments and the internal Adobe account team

  • Research, design, and deliver comprehensive educational internal presentations for collective team knowledge acquisition

What you need to succeed

  • 2-5+ years of meaningful experience at a production house or studio working on set or in the media/technology space

  • Keen curiosity about SaaS technology and in developing innovative post-production workflows

  • Customer-facing experience (SaaS platform preferred but not required)

  • Excellent listening and interpersonal skills (both written and verbal)

  • A strong sense of customer empathy and confidence in presentation settings

  • Ability to notice and retain details, think on your feet, problem solve, and articulate practical items based on customer needs

  • A growth mindset to continue challenging yourself and learning new things

  • Passion and aim to work in a fast paced environment with low ego and high flexibility

Bonus points if you have:

  • Experience working with common post-production workflows and toolsets including tools like AVID, Adobe Suite, FCP, Resolve, Baselight, etc.

  • Experience with software implementation and onboarding, especially on a large scale

  • Familiarity with: building and using advanced video signal flows, basic functionality of most commonly used professional cameras (ie. RED, ARRI, SONY, Canon, Panasonic, etc), remote networking (ie. setting up internet on the set)

  • Understanding of roles and responsibilities of crew members across types of productions (ie. cinema vs episodic vs corporate vs multi-cam, etc), as well as on-set protocols and etiquette

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several  U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets.
