The Role:
As the Customer Service Representative, you will provide an outstanding service to all internal and external customers, acting as the first point for all outbound customer service functions. This role is a full time permanent position with the flexibility to work from home as well as the St Leonards office.

What You Will Do:
- Act as a first point of contact for all customer queries
- Process customer orders and record all relevant information on our database
- Work with other customer service divisions to ensure customer invoices and bookings are up to date
- Liaise with all internal departments including sales, operations and finance to ensure best practice.
What You Will Need:
- Excellent customer service skills and a desire to help others
- Prior experience in hospitality, customer service, tourism or a service oriented role
- Proven experience exceeding customer expectations and working within a team environment
- Highly developed communication skills and experience working with a diverse range of internal and external customers and clients
- A positive attitude!
