The Opportunity  

We are looking for a  Senior Program Manager to lead Go-to-Market (GTM) and Product Operations in the Adobe Commerce space, run critical initiatives in support of the product-led growth operating model and drive key end-to-end business operations process. Collaboration, cultivating strong partnership between teams and key stakeholders, and championing operational efficiency - all with a positive attitude—is crucial for success in this role. 

 

Responsibilities  

You will have a deep understanding of product strategy and operational business needs to drive cross-functional alignment and delivery of product roadmap. You will craft, deploy, and own processes and practices for efficient engagement and progress transparency and act as an information hub for all collaborators. 

  • Partner with Product Management (PM) leaders and their teams to deliver product strategy and execution of supporting plans, programs, processes, and associated activities 

  • Partner with Product Marketing Management (PMM) leaders and their teams to dedeliverfM announcements, industry and enterprise events, and product releases.  

  • Build working relationships across the Adobe Commerce business and its ecosystem (10+ global teams) to program manage strategic initiatives, address business issues, define solutions, facilitate approval and implementation 

  • Drive semi-annual product roadmap planning and ensure accurate translation into product portfolio review cadence, working in close collaboration with Engineering and Product Marketing 

  • Own release enablement process to ensure readiness against a pre-defined set of milestones and requirements 

  • Support Adobe Commerce Business Operations by driving programs such as goal setting, executive product reviews, and pre/post-sales interlocks 

  • Champion implementation and adoption of the Digital Experience standard product life-cycle methodology and business processes by facilitating cross-enterprise engagement and alignment 

  • Take a portfolio view of all plans to prioritize activities, optimize outcomes and accelerate delivery 

What you'll need to be successful  

  • 7+ years of experience leading cross-functional operational programs in tech-industry, working with product management, product marketing and engineering teams 

  • Exceptional program management skills (PMP or similar certification highly desirable) with experience designing processes, driving adoption and leading change management 

  • Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodology 

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving solving and critical thinking skills with bias toward customer-and-data-first decision-making approach 

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; ability to synthesize and structure strategic issues in a concise way with shown capabilities of engaging with people at all levels of the organization 

  • Proven history of being a self-starter, resourceful, and able to prioritize in a fast-paced environment with multiple changing objectives 

  • Proficiency in Wiki, Jira, SharePoint, Workfront, and MS Office tools preferred 

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several  U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $123,400 -- $224,100 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans.  Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
