The Challenge

You’ll act as a trusted advisor to our major customers. The ideal candidate will have a blended technical and digital marketing background with a good eye for presentation and compelling demonstrations. You’ll have the confidence to discuss our solutions and technology with both marketing and IT customer at all levels.

As a core member of the team, you’ll collaborate with and support our sales and customer success organizations. Also, as a creative problem-solving leader, you will tailor use-cases which clearly articulate the context and value of CXM in the customer's daily work stream and master how adobe helps clients meet these challenges.

The opportunity

As a creative problem-solving leader for the sales team, you will have the chance to guide unusual solutions for the largest client experience problems. You will craft solution visions that pursue prospects' most meaningful business problems. You will tailor use-cases, which clearly articulate the context and value of Digital Transformation in the customer's daily work stream. In this role you will master the challenges faced within key industries as well as the Experience Cloud architecture and how it helps clients meet these challenges.

What You’ll Do

·        Perform account planning, discovery and develop a vision which matches client’s objectives and solves their business issues.

·        Actively drive the technology evaluation stage of the sales process, working with the sales team as the key technical advisor and product advocate for our products.

·        The solution consultant must be able to articulate technology and solution positioning of some or all of the Adobe Experience Cloud solutions.

·        Identify all technical issues of assigned accounts to assure complete customer satisfaction through all stages of the sales process.

·        Establish and maintain strong relationships throughout the sales cycle.

·        Support customer retention efforts through workshops and other value realization activities.

·        Lead the Demos and PoCs for clients.

·        Manage work with various teams related to the account.

·        Amplify Adobe’s voice at field events such as conferences, seminars, etc.

 

What You’ll Need To Succeed

·        Be able to work autonomously, be self-motivated and a strong team player.

·        Multi-years’ experiences in software vendor or technical sales or services, preferably selling and leading Mar-tech solutions with strong ability to explain the use of these solutions for customer acquisition, conversion, and retention.

·        Strong account management skills and experience working with large and complex customer organizations.

·        Knowledge of complementary and competitive products and technologies of data, channel, and contents.

·        Operating and managing experiences with any of the component solutions in the Adobe Experience Cloud is a big plus.

·        Understanding of technical sales techniques and processes; multi-level of specialized sales and product solution knowledge (Value based/Solution Selling preferred).

·        Great communication and presentation skills. Comfortable delivering presentations to large audiences.

·        Experience with customers in the high-tech industry will be a plus.
