Position Title: Asset integration Manager
Employment Type: Permanent Full Time  
Hours per week: 38 Hours
Position Grade: Engineer, Grade 5
Salary: $107,485.54 base salary per annum
Enterprise Agreement: The Named NSW (Non-Declared) Affiliated Health Organisations’ Health Employees Agreement 2019

About the role:
The Asset Integration Manager plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of St Vincent's Health Network Sydney's (SVHNS) facilities by overseeing the operations and management of facility-related assets, plants, equipment, and monitoring systems. 

This individual is responsible for guaranteeing that all plant installations, contractor services, and compliance certificates adhere to the relevant standards .

About you:

We are seeking a passionate and highly skilled trade/engineering professional to join our team! This position is ideal for both experienced professionals and motivated apprentice/graduates with a few years of experience.

Selection Criteria:
1. Personal integrity and demonstrated commitment to the Philosophy, Mission and Values of Mary Aikenhead Ministries and St Vincent’s Health Australia
2. Tertiary qualification, trade qualification or relevant experience in trade/engineering/ facility maintenance /building construction industry

3. Knowledge of plant and equipment maintenance with demonstrated ability to prioritise work within tight operational and financial deadlines.

4. Demonstrated understanding of work health and safety standards and knowledge of building management policies, codes of practice, Australian Standards and Guidelines and their application to healthcare organisations.  

5. Computer literacy and an understanding of computerised building and maintenance management systems including proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office suite (Word and Excel)

6. Demonstrated ability to plan and implement strategic and operational plans.

7. Highly developed interpersonal communication including the ability to negotiate and influence a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
