Adobe Learning Manager stands at the forefront of the rapidly expanding eLearning market, serving diverse needs such as customer and partner education, sales enablement, and employee skill development. Position Summary:

We are looking for innovative and passionate frontend developers with a strong interest & practical experience in designing & implementing low latency, high performance user centric SaaS apps.

Responsibilities:

1.       Owning a feature from conception to delivery:

       a. Engage with customers and product management teams (co-located in Bangalore) to understand the need and design an innovative solution.

        b. Elaborating the feature scope through competition analysis, research on recent technologies and trends to deliver the best-in-class and often next-in-class solutions and iteratively work with customers to finesse the solution.

2.       Writing use cases, preparing HLD, LLD, performance models, effort estimation and planning.

3.       Designing the feature, coding and stabilisation of the feature.

4.       Handling non-functional requirements like performance, memory leaks, memory errors, not just at the feature level but analyses its impact at the solution level as well. 

5.       Participate in the evolution of best practices.

Requirements:

1.      4-8 years of experience in front end development

2.      Experience on working on a middle to large sized web application.

3.      Working knowledge of current trends and frameworks in Javascript like Ember, Vue and libraries like React etc

4.      Write solid, optimised, code in Javascript that follows the best practices.

5. Good knowledge on front end technologies like SCSS, LESS , Webpack, Vite, Babel, Typescript etc

6. Experience with TDD and familiarity with qunit, jest, mocha or similar libraries or frameworks

7.      Good computer science fundamentals & deep data structures knowledge.

8.      Good problem solving skills.

9.    Passionate about solving interesting problems for customers, eager to explore new grounds in technology. 

10.    Display a readiness to walk “unchartered” territory with a deep sense of curiosity, appetite for risk and perseverance to solve problems.

Good to have skills:

1. Experience with GenAI and integrating GenAI workflows in product
