Job Description

Procurement Shuttle Transportation Manager belongs to a new and entrepreneurial organization within Procurement operation in MX, by creating an strategic and dynamic robust organization for operations on our Delivery stations to support our associates mobility (Urban mobility) on an exciting and challenging role which is crucial for our operation and ensuring a secure, profitable and timely arrival of our people across to run our package delivery process.

Key job responsibilities
•Lead the procurement process for transportation of employees (associated) and shuttle services for all our Delivery stations across Mexico.
*Develop, reinforce and monitor our KPIs + creating new ones.
*Negotiation and project leadership.
*Manage a team of 1 directs and multiple indirect teams.
*Report to the LT (Operations and Procurement) the status on a Weekly & Monthly basis.
*Vendor evaluation and align our current vendor base into our strategic organization goals.
* Create a Dashboard of service and track KPIs and monitor performance of vendor performance.
* Support the digitalization and system implementatio on its regions of management

A day in the life
1) Daily monitoring on the performance KPI of all sites asigned.
2) Improvement opportunities related to services.
3) Attend critical escalations + Action plan or task force as needed.
4) Networking with key stakeholders, functions and suppliers to collaborate into the best value added improvements needed for the operation
5) identify weak and vulnerabilities on our internal operative process and flag any potential risk.
6) Maintain the managed team a coverage 24/7 for the shifts + team on the service to avoid disruption.
7) Business Continuity process to maintain operation in case of contingencies.

Guadalupe, NLE, MEX

Basic Qualifications:

- 1+ years of employee and performance management experience
- +5 yrs of experience on transportation and logistics

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in procurement
- Bachelor's degree
