As our Senior Analyst, Integration you will support our newly created Corporate Integration Center of Excellence.

What You Will Do

Technical Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the development of integration excellence and recommend tradeoffs within projects using reporting tools and data.
  • Assist in the development of the project scope using reporting tools and data. 
  • Complete assigned tasks according to established timeline.  Assist in the development of a detailed project work breakdown structures.
  • Collaborate in the development of the budget using reporting tools and data.
  • Participate in the development of integration project planning and execution
  • Partner in the establishment of risk management plans and support effective risk analysis and risk mitigation planning for the IMO.
  • Establish and maintain partnerships with internal and external IMO cross functional stakeholders.
  • Produce weekly and monthly IMO metric reports using dashboards and metrics to measure success.
  • Contributes data analysis expertise for short- and long-term lessons learned opportunities.
  • Manages existing integration resources and processes such as the maintenance of the connect site, updates to workbooks and playbooks, supporting LEIC and trading lane committees.
  • Supports all integration council events and publications.

What You Will Need

  • Bachelor's of Science Degree or equivalent & 2+ years of work experience is required
  • Skilled in Microsoft applications
  • PowerBI experience highly preferred
  • PM certification preferred
  • Ability to present data in meaningful way

Travel Percentage: 10%
