Program Manager, GenAI, GSO - Field Tech Operations (FTO) - Arlington

In this role, you will be a key player in ensuring we successfully deliver on global Generative AI initiatives for Amazon Global Sales (AGS) Tech Org. This includes bringing efficiencies in tracking, monitoring and reporting of GenAI workstreams globally. You will focus on developing, planning, and driving execution of global, strategic programs that support our business objectives in this area.

This role requires exceptional verbal and written communication skills, strong attention to detail and the ability to work backwards from ambiguous requirements. The right candidate is extremely curious, thrives in a fast- paced, high- pressure entrepreneurial environment, and has proven experience managing priorities and working effectively across a number of internal stakeholders. This role involves frequent engagement with cross-functional teams, including AWS leadership and requires a candidate with strong interpersonal skills, and a proven ability to influence others.


Key job responsibilities
- Oversees dashboards for monitoring progress and performance metrics, ensuring we have the data needed to update leadership on GenAI initiatives.
- Collaborates with data analysts to ensure we have the most current data various sources to support analysis efforts.
- Supports global operational planning mechanisms for GenAI including WBRs, MMRs, OP1/OP2. Suggests ways we can continuously streamline operations of established mechanisms.
- Manages GenAI customer references for the Tech Org. Establishes and maintains mechanism to identify, and socialize GenAI customer use cases across AGS.
- Work with Global operations team to scale GenAI efforts across all our geographies.

Basic Qualifications:

- 5+ years of experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data
- 5+ years of finance, business management and sales operations experience
- 3+ years of experience working to multitask, prioritize, and manage portfolio of complex cross-functional programs and projects

Preferred Qualifications:

- Proven track record of ownership and driving results; doing so in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $79,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $169,500/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
