Job Description

Hybrid: This position requires an employee to be on site 3 times per week.

FP&A Structural Cost Senior Analyst

What you will do/Responsibilities:

- Analyze monthly expenses and forecast future Structural cost expenses
- Support monthly consolidation, annual budget & long term planning processes
- Identify bottom line improvement opportunities
- Complete key reports to support quarterly closes
- Solve problems and develop new methods of analysis to streamline decision-making
- Analyze trends in forecast and variances to Prior Year/ Budget/LTP
- Provide accurate, timely and reliable reporting and controls
- Complete ad-hoc sensitivities as required

Additional Job Description

Required Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree with an emphasis in Economic Sciences, Industrial Engineering, or related careers.

  • +3 years of experience in similar positions. (FP&A, accounting, consolidation, free cashflow, structural cost and P&L).

  • Microsoft Office: intermediate level. Large databases and reports are managed.

  • English: intermediate level.

  • Portuguese: advanced/native level.

  • Availability to work in Sao Caetano Do Sul, Sao Paulo, Brazil in a hybrid regime (3 times a week in person).

Preferred qualifications:

  • Knowledge of Spanish (desirable).

  • Knowledge of PowerBI and SAP (desirable).
