Studies website behavior patterns using site metric tools to analyze and optimize business results and user experience. Uses quantitative data gathered with software measurement tools, traffic extracts, click streams and drill-downs to develop an understanding of customer behavior, demographics and lifecycle. Coordinates report requirements with internal customers to meet business objectives. Applies statistics-based market intelligence to business issues and formulates recommendations. Typically requires proficiency in web analytics applications, strong database skills and technical understanding of website architecture.

Job Description

Be a strategic partner in promoting data-driven decision-making by transforming raw data into actionable insights for DME business in US. Provide Analytics subject matter expertise by leveraging advanced methodologies, utilizing multiple data sources, tools, dashboards, and visualizations.

Responsibilities:

  • Gather data from a variety of sources- Adobe Analytics, Hadoop tables, PowerBI/Tableau etc.
    Assess, interpret & analyze data to deliver insight and understanding of customer behavior on Adobe.com.
  • Analytic skills must include the ability to see the big picture and demonstration of strong business acumen.
  • Strong web and digital marketing analytics knowledge.
  • Good understanding of A/B testing analytics and effective communication of the test readouts.
  • Ownership of maintaining & delivering regular reports to the stakeholders.
  • Partner with US Web Analytics team for insight generation towards business.
  • Work closely with the team to ensure what you are producing is meeting their requirements.
  • Support the team leads in deeper analytics needs through ad hoc and cadenced reporting, collaborating with other team members on larger tasks and by providing weekly progress updates. Help the team lead/manager with managing the flow of work and in creation and implementation of better processes for efficiency
  • Work to help enhance customer experience across various touchpoints on Adobe.com

Analytics Skill Set:

  • 3+ years related work experience in online ecommerce environments. MBA desirable.
  • Expert with Adobe Analytics analysis and insight generation. Proven ability to perform in-depth data analysis and present insights in a clear manner.
  • Additional weightage if the candidate would have driven a sizeable $ impact in current/previous roles with impactful deep dives and resultant actionable insights driving measurable business impact. Similar projects of scale and size should be expected in the offered role at Adobe as well.
  • Ability to build new data sets or aggregate data from existing tables for analysis and to anticipate and automate reoccurring asks. Should have ability to build and deliver complex dashboards (End to end: Data, dashboard, and analysis)
  • Strong analytical and quantitative orientation with advanced SQL knowledge in large, complex data environments.
  • Must be very organized and have excellent time management skills.
  • Expert with Hadoop/big data environments to synthesize and analyze data.
  • Proficient in utilizing Microsoft Excel- Expert at the creation and use of Excel pivot tables to drive analytics.  
  • Strong knowledge of online marketing strategies.
  • Partner with international DC A.com product management teams for insight generation, work across time zones, create a solid working relationship and actively participate in meetings/ discussions with partners and ensure that the deliverables meet and exceed their needs
