As a Medical Education Associate on Stryker’s Acute Care team, you will help provide world-class education to our customers by helping to plan and execute education events working with healthcare professionals across the country. This is an 80% travel role.

What You Will Do:

• Supports the Medical Education, Marketing and Sales teams by planning and executing educational events for the Acute Care organization
• Serves as primary point of contact for the sales and marketing teams for Medical Education support and regional event requests within respective region
• Ensure all programs and interactions meet compliance requirements
• Source program venues (i.e. hotel space, complete site inspections and obtain suitable contract with the venue and transportation vendor). ·
• Manage organization of meeting details (course speaker, transportation, internal communication, catering, a/v,). Provide all agendas & logistical information proactively to participating groups
• Identifies critical customer needs and preferences
• Provides customer feedback to Medical Education leadership
• Supports presentations to leaders, sales, and customers

What You Will Need:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or related discipline required
• 0+ years of work experience required
• Previous experience with event coordination and planning preferred
• Basic understanding of team-based work experience, excellent attention to details
• Excellent presentation and interpersonal communications skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects while delivering on established timelines
• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)

$56,000 - $101,400 salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors
