Key job responsibilities
The APO and Marketplace Delivery team is seeking an experienced candidate to lead the delivery and adoption strategy for APN and Marketplace (MP) account management features. The Tech Business Developer's role is to build alignment across business owners, and support adoption of new capabilities through go-to-market and scale onboarding strategies. This leader will partner with AWS's global partner develop, engineering, and operations teams to develop scalable framework to ensure partners have the right resources and support to adopt capabilities that optimize their business and AWS engagements.

This role has a global responsibility and you will influence and collaborate with a wide variety of AWS leaders including partner engineering, partner management, partner programs, solution architects, sales, technology, marketing, and operations. You are passionate about maximizing the impact and scale of partner development, leveraging automation, and reinventing the partner experience.


About the team
The APO and Marketplace Delivery (“APN Delivery”) team is responsible for scaling and delivering ongoing APO and Marketplace (“MP”) initiatives. The team drives consistent governance, delivery, and support across customer engagements, partner journey and program experience, funding and investments to partners, migration GTM and delivery success, MP feature and partner service adoption

Basic Qualifications:

- 5+ years of developing, negotiating and executing business agreements experience
- 5+ years of professional or military experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level
- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations
- Experience identifying, negotiating, and executing complex legal agreements

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $133,200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $220,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
