In Maersk Air Cargo, we have vast experience as an air cargo and ACMI operator, currently operating and managing a fleet consisting of +/-20 Boeing freighters with bases in Cologne and Leipzig, Germany, and Billund, Denmark. The fleet of aircraft will soon be expanded with two Boeing 777 freighters to support our long-haul operation.

About the role

We are seeking a go-minded Training Workforce Planner to become a part of our Workforce Planning team consisting of 9 colleagues. In Workforce Planning we’re creating shift plans for both pilots, mechanics as well as handling all hotels and transports for our pilots. We are striving towards data driven, efficient and integrated crew scheduling across borders to optimize and improve the overall performance. We are looking for an additional Training Planner with experienced from a similar role, who can work closely with the other Planners. We are in a phase with continuously development and on the edge to welcome two brand new Boeing 777 freighters this year. Therefore, we are in a busy phase and need an additional member in our Workforce Planning team to follow along with the development.

We are looking for

  • Previous experience as Training “Workforce” Planner (minimum 2 year)

  • Knowledge of Crew Management Systems (current system is Navblue/ N-OPS & Crew, Raido)

  • Knowledge of EASA FTL is an advantage

  • High level of details

  • Teamwork and strong interpersonal skills

  • Growth mindset and can-do attitude

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Fluency in Danish and English

As Training Workforce Planner, you will be handling a wide range of tasks, including but not limited to:

  • Long-term training planning of recurrent ground training and simulator

  • Long-term planning of Type Rating’s (TR), Operators Conversion Course’s (OCC) and Commander Candidate Course’s (CCC)

  • Booking of simulator sessions

  • Closely monitoring the accurate need of simulator capacity on both short- and long-term

  • Update documents in both our Crew Management System and Training & Performance Monitoring System

  • Monitoring the training plans in pre-ops period

  • Tracking and monitoring of training completion

  • Keeping all Crew Records up to date
