In this position you will be responsible for devising and setting up experiments to enhance learning on thermal control of microprocessors. Various methodologies for thermal control exist, including direct-contact and fluid immersion, however ultra-precise control and measurement is very challenging. You will have the opportunity to utilize state-of-the art equipment and materials, and use the scientific method to discover which tools/materials/methodologies will yield the best results for precise microprocessor temperature control.
This is a fully onsite internship for 3+ months.

Qualifications:
Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.
Minimum Qualifications:
Candidate must be actively pursuing a BS degree Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering or Physics.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience/Knowledge in the following:
- Competence in understanding, manipulating, and deriving algebraic equations.
- MS Office tools (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.)
