Who We Are
An internship with Intel of Canada's Foundry Services group is a challenging and rewarding experience, allowing you to gain knowledge and experience in on-site support, student recruiting, gauging employee feedback and event planning. We are a small, dedicated operations team supporting site functions. This position is for an 8-month term, with potential to extend to 1 year.
Who You Are
Your responsibilities will include but not limited to:
General administrative and front desk duties: Vendor management, badge management, various email, scheduling meetings and interviews, and follow up related tasks.
Assist in coordination of recruiting events
Lead the coop engagement program
Office planning and organization
Assist in planning and execution of site wide events
Develop new and audit current procedures to create BKMs (best known methods) in coordination with the operations team
Communicate effectively to maintain positive relations with internal departments
Effectively track in office employees and maintain spreadsheets to capture data
Light lifting duties (up to 30 lbs)
Assist as required in on-boarding of new employees
General operations support and documentation
Enthusiastic students with:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving ability
Desire to learn
A self-starter who takes pride in their work and is willing to approach problems with creative solutions.
Qualifications:
You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

Must be pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or related field
Experience with Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
