About the Role

You are working with the Recover at Work (R@W) team to efficiently and effectively manage early intervention and WorkCover claims. This involves offering prompt and compassionate support to staff, while taking into account the operational needs of the organisation.

  • Develop, implement and review recover at work programs

  • Communicate with key stakeholder

  • Use a variety of software systems for claims management


Classifications for this position will be HS4 ($83,657 pro rata per annum).

Your Contribution

  • Eagerness to learn and enhance skills for recovery at work.

  • Capability to communicate with key stakeholders through face-to-face interactions, video links, and in writing.

  • Ability to manage your time to meet deadlines

  • Current National criminal history check, or willing to obtain

About Health, Safety and Wellbeing

The Health, Safety, and Wellbeing Department ensures that the organisation adheres to health, safety, and workcover legislation. In collaboration with the organisation, they implement a best practice health and safety management system throughout all SVHM workplaces. The team is multidisciplinary, covering work health and safety (WHS), patient manual handling, aggression prevention, wellbeing, injury management, emergency management, and respiratory protection.
