As the Associate Solutions Architect, you will develop the architecture and definition of a Vocera solution by scoping and developing compelling and accurate proposals describing the architecture and outlining project scope and costs. You will work closely with Sales to architect solutions for customers.

What you will do
- Work in conjunction with the Sales team as the key Professional Services lead for developing services solutions.
- Design the vision and architecture for a Vocera solution, including specification of technical, wireless, training, deployment plan, and integration requirements.
- Develop high-level Visio diagrams describing the technical architecture.
- Develop Professional Service Proposals and manage the qualification, bid and negotiation phases of selling a new engagement.
- Establish excellent cross-functional relationships with the Chief Nursing, Sales and Systems Engineering teams.
- Listen to customers and use active listening to understand, anticipate and develop a Solutions Proposal that meets their needs and expectations.
- Utilize excellent client-facing skills, understanding the art of negotiation and demonstrating tact and professionalism in handling difficult situations with customers.
- Guide customers through the integration decision making process in determining the best solution for their environment.
What you will need
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
- 2+ years of total experience required.
- Experience working with sales teams and customers directly to deliver successful solutions highly preferred.
- Healthcare product/vendor experience highly preferred.
- General understanding of databases, wireless networking preferred.
- Integration knowledge preferred.
$67,400 - $136,200 salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
