Job Description

We seek a talented and experienced Business Systems Analyst to join our IT Digital Enablement and analysis team. In this role, you will manage the Oracle Product Data Hub and play a pivotal role in driving digital enablement within our organization. The role involves analyzing and documenting business processes, gathering requirements, and designing and implementing technology solutions to meet business needs. This position requires strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills and a good understanding of business and technology. This person will support the Business Analyst by driving testing, training, and providing ongoing support for implemented systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with the Business Analyst to plan and execute the new Oracle Product Data Hub and related solutions for managing Product Data in MSI

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document business requirements

  • Analyze and streamline business processes related to product data management

  • Work closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical specifications

  • Participate in testing, implementation, and support activities for the Oracle Product Data Hub

  • Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies related to product data management

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field

  • Proven experience in managing Oracle Product Data Hub or similar PIM systems

  • Strong understanding of product data management processes and best practices

  • Proficiency in requirement gathering, documentation, and translating business needs into technical specifications

  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment

  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management practices

Basic Requirements

  • Bachelors degree with 5+ years of IT professional experience

  • AND 2+ years of Oracle experience
