Summary

The Head of GenStudio Product Business Strategy and Operations will play a pivotal role in shaping Adobe GenStudio’s strategic direction, enhancing our operational capabilities, and ensuring we achieve our business objectives. You will partner closely with senior leadership across Go-To-Market (GTM) and Product (Product Management and Product Marketing) teams to craft strategies and lead initiatives that enhance our market position and foster long-term growth.

 

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Initiatives: 

  • Manage and lead key cross-functional business initiatives that are deemed critical for the success of the business. Some examples include partnering with PMM and Pricing teams to come up with verticalization strategy and exploring M&A opportunities to accelerate growth and expand addressable market 

Data-informed Insights: 

  • Drive the total addressable market (TAM) model and market penetration strategy for GenStudio across industries and geographies  

  • Leverage analytics to provide critical business insights that drive long term growth and attainment of OKRs and KPIs  

Business Planning: 

  • Lead the development of business plan, ensuring it is aligned with and accomplishes the KPIs for GenStudio business 

  • Drive the execution of these plans, tracking progress and adjusting as necessary to meet business objectives 

  • Oversee annual planning process in support of business unit and corporate planning   

Organizational Leadership: 

  • Drive initiatives to foster strong teamwork, sense of belonging and engagement across teams  

Required Experience and Qualifications 

  • MBA or equivalent master’s degree and a technical undergraduate degree required

  • 10+ years in strategic planning or strategy consulting  

  • Proven experience in developing business strategies within multi-product technology companies 

  • Strong analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to use data to drive strategic decisions. 

  • Strong evidence of influence across all levels of the organization without direct reporting authority   

  • Experience in leading cross-functional teams and working collaboratively

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills 

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment 

  • Deep understanding of market dynamics and competitive landscape in the tech industry 

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several  U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $165,600 -- $313,300 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans.  Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
