The Opportunity:  

We are seeking a Head of GenStudio Product Extensibility & Integrations to spearhead the development of an extensibility framework for Adobe's GenStudio. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in driving our enterprise API offering, focusing on on-brand high performant content creation. You will engage directly with enterprise clients, crafting a robust strategy and roadmap in making GenStudio application extensible to address customer use cases.  

What you’ll Do: 

  • Engage closely with enterprise clients to deeply understand their needs and product requirements. 

  • Define both short and long-term API product strategies, including vision, roadmap, business model and alignment with dependent teams for successful execution. 

  • Lead product requirements definition, working closely with Engineering to prioritize features and enhancements. 

  • Champion the development and implementation of new business models, ensuring alignment with market demands and customer needs. 

  • Develop operational plans for resource prioritization, group objectives, and dependency management. 

  • Work with key partners to extend GenStudio into the partner ecosystem.

  • Determine the strategy and approach to work with foundational models in the customer ecosystem.

  • Serve as a key representative of the business, engaging with customers, partners, executives, and industry stakeholders, delivering updates on product roadmap and initiatives. 

What's needed for success: 

  • Proven leadership experience in tackling complex technical challenges and driving solutions for customers 

  • 12+ years of experience in platform product management, preferably in API-first or developer-centric environments 

  • Demonstrated success in building and leading high-performing teams, with 5+ years in team development 

  • Strong understanding of platform architectures and client/service experiences 

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment 

  • Passion for collaborating with developers, staying abreast of new technologies, and advocating for developer-centric tools 

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and effectively. 

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a keen eye for detail 

  • Experience engaging with diverse customer tiers 

  • A proactive, adaptable mindset, capable of managing multiple products, projects, and stakeholders concurrently to drive successful outcomes 

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several  U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $177,200 -- $302,600 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans.  Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
