We give everyone—from emerging artists to global brands—everything they need to design and deliver exceptional digital experiences. We’re passionate about empowering people to create beautiful and powerful images, videos, and apps, and transform how companies interact with customers across every screen.

Adobe’s End-to-End Engagement (E2EE) team is hiring for the position of Manager, Content and Experience, for its Digital Documents category. The person in this role will provide leadership, direction, and management to the Digital Documents content team. Our Digital Documents category team is focused on driving customer self-service, engagement, and value from Adobe Acrobat and Document Cloud solutions by delivering intelligent, measurable, and personalized experiences across web, social, communities, and automated chatbots with velocity and scale.

In this role, you’ll set the overarching strategy and define detailed content plans for key products like Acrobat, Scan, and Sign, to name just a few, and empower billions of users to self-serve through content and experiences across all our surfaces. You’ll also partner closely with product, engineering and marketing stakeholders to share customer and product insights, influence product experience and roadmaps, and increase product value for customers.

What you’ll do

  • Define, deliver, and lead content for a suite of products within multiple channels: web, mobile, in-app and more.
  • Maximize customer data analysis to build strategies for outcome-based content.
  • Lead and manage a team of content creators.
  • Work with marketing and product teams to develop projects and campaigns to aid self-serve, increase ARR, and grow product usage.
  • Lead projects, results and dependencies in the context of short release timelines.
  • Leverage GenAI to scale content creation and drive innovation. Foster partnerships with teams developing in-app assistants to ensure relevant and consistent content experiences across applications.
  • Collaborate with engineering, support, and product management to understand product goals and technical details, and implement content needs.
  • Maintain logical information architectures with a primary focus on usability and discoverability.
  • Collect and analyze metrics to ensure content success.

Experience & qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience, with a minimum of five years in a content strategy role, preferably at a software company where most of your work involved customer-centric content and collaborating with various partners.
  • Strong experience in strategic leadership.
  • Demonstrated success in cross-regional projects or initiatives coupled with the capability to juggle and prioritize projects simultaneously.
  • Experience with text, visual, and video development tools or CMS.
