ABOUT THE POSITION:
Join the St Vincent’s Private Hospital Northside team as a Physiotherapist in our Allied Health department at our state-of-the-art Chermside location. This is a part time position, working 70 hours per week. We are ideally seeking either a Level 2 or a Level 3 Physiotherapist to support and join our team.

You will bring your passion to the position where you will work with team members to support patients. A snapshot of your duties would include:

  • Ability to maintain collaborative and effective relationships with all multidisciplinary team members

  • Ability to provide clinical practice and care consistent with the mission and philosophy of the facility

  • Ability to plan and coordinate patient/resident/client care effectively, maintain patient/resident/client advocacy and utilise patient/resident/client management systems

  • Ability to participate in and support education activities and to contribute to the development of self and other team members

ABOUT YOU:

Your outstanding experience and dedication are what will make you a SUPERSTAR. You will also need:

  • A current registration with AHPRA

  • Relevant qualifications within the Allied Health sector

  • Minimum of 1 years’ experience working within a private hospital or acute facility, desirable but not essential  

  • Strong commitment and professionalism to patient centred care

  • Experience and capability in working within the following clinical areas; cardiac, medical and surgical, ICU, orthopaedics and rehabilitation.

  • Demonstrated effective interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Availability to work a variety of shifts including weekdays and weekends.
