Job Description: 

- Working cross-test module platform to replicate issues, debug, and optimize our equipment Software/Firmware.
- Managing day-to-day activities with the operation and engineering team, and cross-functional teams to replicate and debug issues.
- Leading and driving internal cross-module platform to meet apps and program deliverables and quality criteria according to deployment milestones.
- Managing and tracking equipment apps and software technical issues, risks, and priorities.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or similar Technical Stem degree.
- Proficient in programming and scripting languages (e.g., SQL, Python) and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI).
- Possesses exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, essential for regular interaction with internal and external stakeholders.
- Reviewing source code.
- Reviewing patches.
- Submitting bug reports.
- Writing convincing arguments to get change requests or bugs accepted. Analytical skills, resourcefulness, and the ability to work in a team are necessary.
